The summer of 2026 may go down in history as the time in which millions of Americans woke up and realized they no longer live in a free country.
The question is, are they being fed a limited view of reality, in a way that amounts to too little too late?
The old free America has been gone for at least a few decades, but most Americans are just now waking up to that fact. And even now, they aren’t being told the gravity of the problem or the depth to which America has already sunk into the technocratic quicksand that leads to tyranny.
In the summer of 2026, the internet suddenly came alive with stories about the dystopian “Flocking” of America, and the blowback from Americans who still care about and value living in a free society has been intense. Some have taken matters into their own hands and are cutting down Flock cameras. More than 100 cities and towns have canceled or refused to renew their contracts with Flock.
As conservative writer Terry Newton aptly stated in an August 30 article for The Discern Report:
“It is not a cop on a corner who happens to notice a stolen Buick. It is a private contractor building a searchable map of every car that rolls past a pole. Connor O’Keeffe put it cleanly. The government would never get away with dropping a GPS tracker in every glove box. So it rented the next best thing and called it public safety.”
Forgive me for being so black pilled, but I find this sudden awareness to be suspicious.
Flock has been dutifully serving the government’s surveillance needs for nearly 10 years with their AI-powered spy cameras saturating every major highway and increasingly even on minor roadways, in public parks and store parking lots, and they’ve been doing it in an atmosphere of a near total news blackout. Then, once the calendar flipped to 2026, it’s like someone flipped a switch and we have wall-to-wall coverage of the ubiquitous surveillance grid, but only as it relates to one company, the Atlanta-based Flock Group, and its government partners.
Flock cameras are spying on us every minute of every day in real time, with 120,000 AI-powered cameras in more than 6,000 cities and towns watching our every move. They record where you go, how frequently you go there, how long you stay, and other key data points, all of which adds up to establishing the travel patterns of every single American who drives a car. That’s not something that dovetails very nicely with the way American political figures like to speak about this country, always in terms of us being that paragon of liberty and freedom, that shining city on a hill that’s supposed to be the envy of every other country. It’s all fake. We are not much different than China. And people are waking up to it.
Trump, who is easily the biggest mouth in U.S. political history championing how great and free America is, now has the lowest approval ratings of any modern president at 33 percent. He’s a fake and people know it. The 33 percent are basically low-information elderly boomers who get their information from Fox News. Most of them made their money in the 1960s, 70s and 80s, and aren’t affected much by high fuel prices. Most are not affected at all by the lack of job opportunities or the AI/robotics revolution that is rapidly replacing humans with machines in the workplace.
What’s more, we have had endless stories breaking this summer of law enforcement officers “misusing” the data from Flock technology. This is a big reveal in the propaganda war, because the very term, misusing, implies that there is a correct way to use this Orwellian surveillance network.
I broke the story last week along with Jon Padfield that Flock itself has been lying to us about the purpose of its technology. It’s not designed to “keep us safe,” as they say, but rather to create an integrated nationwide “dynamic surveillance network.” The company is very up front about this in its August 2022 filing with the U.S. Patent Office. See last week’s article here.
But I’m also skeptical for another reason about the timing of the sudden media offensive exposing Flock. Not only are they mischaracterizing the technology as basically benign and even helpful in “keeping us safe,” with only a rare instance of a cop “misusing” it, but they are also ignoring the fact that Flock is not the only player in this field.
Motorola, Axon and Leonardo are just as important and these three companies are getting no media coverage at all. All we hear about is Flock, Flock, Flock.
What is Leonardo?
Of these three other companies, Leonardo may be the most dangerous, says Padfield.
“They capture the unique identifiers of every electronic device on you (watch, phone, Bluetooth headphones, tablet, Fitbit, laptop, etc.) and every electronic device in you (pacemaker, glucose monitor, hearing aids, insulin pump),” he said. “They tie your electronic devices to your license plate so they know who those devices belong to. Then if they see my Apple Watch and my AirPods in YOUR vehicle, they make a note of it that we know each other because you are giving me a ride in your car. The more frequently they see our devices near each other, the stronger the relationship.”
That kind of information in the hands of a rogue government, or any government, should concern every American.
But it doesn’t stop there.
“They also collect data from your tire pressure sensors in your vehicle’s tires, so even if they later took down the camera, they could still recognize your car from the electronic signature of your tires as you drive by,” Padfield said.
Padfield is an electrical engineer who worked for General Motors and former staffer of the Indiana Department of Transportation. He knows what he’s talking about.
“Here in Indiana, I can get a new license plate at any time for just $9.50. However, most people only get new tires once every three to five years. Once your tire pressure sensors are tied to your license plate, they are tied to your actual identity. Getting a new plate doesn’t break that connection.”
Axon also has a concerning track record.
While dozens of police departments are ditching Flock, hundreds are latching onto Axon.
What is Axon?
Formerly known for its Taser weapons, Axon is now rapidly expanding its product line, including AI-powered surveillance tools.
Axon initially introduced its automated license plate recognition (ALPR) technology through its in-vehicle Axon Fleet 3 cameras. In 2025, it expanded into fixed-camera ALPR with new products, including a “smart streetlight” that attaches to existing light poles and power sources. Both have AI-powered trackable data capability.
Jeffrey Epstein link
Like Flock, Axon is also weaseling its way into America’s E-911 system.
In 2026, Axon finalized the acquisition of Israeli defense tech firm Carbyne for $625 million. According to Axon’s website, it was made to build a unified 911 and emergency response platform. The company claims the new technology can provide intelligence from the initial 911 call through field response, investigation in Axon Evidence, and ultimately the justice system.
Carbyne was funded by billionaire pedophile and Israeli Mossad asset Jeffrey Epstein. Seven years after he pleaded guilty to two prostitution charges in Florida, Epstein secretly invested $1 million into the Israeli security startup, according to the Miami Herald.
Carbyne also did deals with many law-enforcement agencies in Florida by providing an app that allows 911 callers to share videos with 911 dispatchers. For instance, Miami-Dade County spent roughly $2 million on a three-year contract with the Israeli firm in 2021. A link between Epstein, Carbyne and Florida doesn’t look like a mere coincidence. Axon should have been aware.
BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street link
Axon’s top institutional shareholders include all three of Wall Street’s largest asset-management firms – BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street. Together with other institutional shareholders they own 82% of the company – meaning they have immense influence on the company’s strategy, including the acquisition of Carbyne and broader surveillance plans across the U.S. under the security pretext. BlackRock’s CEO is Larry Fink, who is co-chairman of the globalist World Economic Forum and a good friend of President Trump.
Trump’s investment in Axon
Trusted confidants of President Trump invested between $1 million and $5 million in Axon in February 2026. CNBC exposed the deal in June and linked it to ICE’s $220 million Taser device contract which followed Trump’s investment. However, Trump’s interest in the firm could also suggest his knowledge of its broader surveillance plans.
Meanwhile, in a follow-up to my August 13 article about the federal government eyeing electric-shock gloves, that deal has now been consummated between the maker of the shock gloves and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has awarded a $16.7 million no-bid contract to purchase electric-shock gloves that will be used to force compliance with orders barked by masked ICE agents, who often are caught on video brutalizing not only illegal aliens but American citizens.
Never forget that wars, surveillance and government brutality go hand in hand. When a country becomes more warlike, as America definitely has in the post-World War II era, it becomes less trusting of its citizenry and less tolerant of dissent. Hence, the need for more and more surveillance. The U.S. government’s evolution into a full-time war state happens to coincide with the historic advancement in surveillance technology, powered mainly by the advent of artificial intelligence and the ability to store ever-growing amounts of data. They need the data centers to store previously unheard of amounts of data on each individual person living in America.
Dear readers, do not believe that America needs thousands of data centers for any other reason being falsely repeated by politicians who have track records of telling endless lies.
The leader of the pack of political wolves pushing AI data centers is none other than Donald J. Trump.
In his latest diatribe, Trump says those who reject these data surveillance centers will “end up being backwards and poor.”
I’d rather be backward, poor and free, if that’s what it comes down to (which I don’t believe it does) than like Trump and his ilk — wealthy, fully modern and someone’s slave.
The more Trump pushes for his beloved AI data centers, it should become more obvious that this is the key to implementing the globalists’ long-held dream of total information awareness on every citizen. This level of information could only be needed for one reason, the squashing of civil liberties and all dissent, which is the hallmark of a free society. If Trump is successful in getting his data centers, we can kiss it all goodbye. Flock, Axon, Leonardo, Palantir and the rest of the tech elites will be unleashed in a winner-take all fascist system of public-private partnerships designed to coerce and enslave.
BOTTOM LINE: Do not trust or believe anything that comes out of the mouth of a politician or tech bro, whether on the right or left, no matter who he/she is or how much his/her previous statements may have resonated with your personal political views. If you put your trust in them, you will be deceived, and ultimately ensnared in Satan’s beast system. Only Jesus can save this country, or any country, in the face of such an onslaught of evil emanating from wolves dressed up in sheep’s clothing.

Good post, Leo. I would add my 2 cents (though they ain't worth much these days in this economy):
I wouldn't call it "black-pilled" to question what we are seeing on social media. I have been planning to write some more posts on this, too, and something that has become clear is that while we all agree Flock is evil, they have been made the scapegoat; and a lot of the stories of cameras being cut down with saws are fabricated and pushed in the algorithm to sell the deception. 404 Media and 49/51 have pointed this out.
Meanwhile, as you point out, there are several other companies that are honestly way more intrusive and conspicuous, and those companies are getting substantially less attention, despite lawmakers drafting (pretend) bills (ahead of the midterms) to regulate Flock. Okay... but what about Axon or Leonardo?? Crickets.
Furthermore, there are studies and videos demonstrating that the WIFI router in your house can be used to map your movements without there being a camera present. Plus, if people are upset about Flock, then they should have the same outrage towards smartphones, but people don't and won't.
I hate to be 'that guy,' and this is not targeted at you, but a lot of this stuff is last year's news next week: the general masses are just NOW being allowed to understand some of the story, but not all of it. Anyone who paid attention in 2020 (and even before that) knew where this was going: the WEF, the UN, BIS, IMF, World Bank, World Governments Summit, BlackRock, etc. told us what they were doing. People either got the message or they didn't.
All the recent info, updates on "smart cities" from this site and Catherine Fitts, Dave Hodges etc. is being pushed to the max by top globalists. Some of the people keeping up on all this now may not be living when this is in place as a digital concentration camp, and that would be a blessing for some of us.
